I am an assistant professor of Information Systems and Operations Management at the College of Business, University of Texas at Arlington. My research interests are in (1) Business value of IT, (2) IT implementation, (3) Impact of IT use on firm-level and process-level risks and controls, and (4) Digital business strategy.
